How to play
Drink. Check level.
Apply outcome. Repeat.
Take a shot — that's a drink. However much you swallow is your aim. Where the beer settles is the call, and it's printed right there on the glass.
Red
Goal
Nice shot. You scored. +1.
Yellow
Rebound
One extra drink to get to the last red zone on that goalie.
Blue
Penalty
Your opponent is on the power play. Their next shot counts two if they score — and if they don't, it's over.
No color

Nothing happens. Your turn's over.
The panic drinking rule
Drink past the second puck line on the first shot of a period and that's not sniping, that's panic drinking. Embarrassing. Minus one goal.
The lineup
Six goalies.
No two the same.
Every goalie plays differently. Two per period, in the order printed on the glass — so no two games run the same. You find out which is which by playing.
1st Period
Goalies 1 & 2
Drink down to the second line between them.
2nd Period
Goalies 3 & 4
Refill and rotate the glass.
3rd Period
Goalies 5 & 6
Tied at the horn? Overtime.
Game structure
Three periods.
One beer each.
Each player drinks from their own glass and they alternate turns. Fill to the first puck line — about 12 oz — and drop the puck. Most goals after three periods wins; tied at the horn and you go to overtime, next goal takes it.
Periods
Intermissions between them are encouraged.
Goalies
Turn the glass at every break.
Ounces
Refill to the first puck line each period.
Players
One glass each. Both come in the set.
In the box
Everything for two
Glasses
All six goalies printed on each one.
Instruction card
Every call on one card, for the first game.
Scorecards
Keeps the game honest through three periods.
Pencil
Because someone always forgets one.
Sticker
For the cooler, the water bottle, or the stick.
Where it goes
Built for after the game
Beer league
You just played ninety minutes and now you're sitting at the bar for two hours. This is that two hours.
Watch parties
Playoffs, outdoor games, Saturday nights. A second game running alongside the one on TV.
The gift you don't explain
Anyone who plays, watches or coaches gets it the moment they read the glass.
Questions
Before you order
How many can play?
It's built head to head, but plenty of people run it with six or more. Two glasses come in the set.
How much drinking is it?
Three periods, one beer per period, at your own pace. Breaks between periods are encouraged.
12 oz or 16 oz?
Designed around a 12 oz pour into a 16 oz pint glass. A full beer lands right about the top puck line.
Dishwasher safe?
Top rack, yes. Hand washing keeps the artwork sharp longest.
Do I need anything else?
Just something to drink. Scorecards, a pencil, and a sticker are in the box.
